Monthly Site Safety Report Card

1. Set up the sheet. Create a dedicated Google Sheet with these exact column headers in row 1, then add one row per month. It should contain only these aggregate numbers — no names, incident narratives, or other tabs, because the whole document becomes publicly readable in the next step:

2. Make it readable. In Google Sheets: File → Share → Publish to web (entire document). Then Share → set link access to "Anyone with the link" — Viewer. Both steps are required, and both make the entire document readable by anyone who has the link.
3. Connect it. Paste the sheet link from your address bar below.

Heads up: once connected, this page's link contains your sheet ID. Anyone you share it with can open the report card and the underlying spreadsheet itself — every tab, including future updates. The connection is also remembered on this device until you switch back to sample data.
