Field Talk

The Problem

Toolbox talks are often handled through paper forms or clunky digital workflows that take too long and break down in the field. Supervisors end up spending time chasing documentation instead of focusing on the crew and the work.

The Approach

I designed Field Talk as a mobile-first product where speed and clarity come first: fast login, simple forms, and a clean flow from draft to submission. The goal is to reduce friction so crews complete talks consistently without added admin burden.

What It Does

Field Talk helps teams create complete digital records with attendance capture, recipient selection, weather context, and structured safety talking points. Users can save drafts, track recent talks, and submit clean records from the dashboard without bouncing between tools.

The result is a process that supports better adoption in the field while still producing consistent documentation leadership can trust.
