Starting at Philadelphia Art Museum, riders chart their own course to French Creek State Park. Instead of traditional racing, participants earn points through route choices and on-trail challenges designed to spark connection and discovery.
Behind the scenes, I developed the event's full digital ecosystem: custom branding, gamified scoring tools, and an interactive leaderboard app that turns analog adventure into a live, social experience.
